We are excited to let you know that our PRIME program is no longer in the testing phase. War Machines PRIME is live! We understand that you have a lot of questions regarding our loyalty program. We would like to answer your most common questions!

Q: What is PRIME?

A: PRIME is our loyalty rewards program for War Machines. It is an exclusive invitation-only initiative split into three tiers; Gold, Silver and Bronze.

Q: What are the benefits of PRIME?

A: PRIME benefits differ, depending on your tier:

GOLD

• A gold star to indicate they are part of PRIME
• A dedicated PRIME VIP ambassador to answer queries*
• An invitation to our VIP Discord channel*
• Sneak Peaks of new features ahead of the rest of the WM community*
• Multiple in-game rewards throughout the year
• Weekly exclusive PRIME instore offers

* Players need to opt-in to being contacted outside of the game by Wildlife VIP ambassadors to receive these benefits.

Silver

• A silver star to indicate they are part of PRIME
• Random in-game rewards
• One exclusive PRIME instore offer each week

Bronze

• A Bronze crown to indicate they are part of PRIME
• A yearly game anniversary bonus
• One exclusive PRIME instore offer each week

Q: How can I join PRIME?

A: PRIME players are selected by a number of different criterias such as game sessions, participation in clan wars and game purchases. The more engaged in the game you are, the more likely you are to be selected to join PRIME. The VIP PRIME ambassadors have no influence over these thresholds as they are sent by the game team, we also cannot request for players to remain in the program if they don’t meet the thresholds.

Q: How do I know if I am eligible for PRIME?

A: You will be notified via an in-game message

Q: How can I move to a higher tier?

A: PRIME status is granted based on engagement with War Machines. The higher your engagement, the greater chance of moving to the next tier. If you are currently a member of PRIME, you will be notified via an in-game message for any changes to your tier.

Q: Do I need to display the PRIME star?

A: You can stop displaying the star in your profile via your in-game settings:

• From the main screen, click on the menu
• Go to settings
• Toggle off “Show PRIME icon beside the name"

Turning off this setting will not affect your status in PRIME. You’ll still be a member of your respective PRIME regardless if you have your star turned on or off.

Q: I just dropped out of Gold, how can I get back there?

A: We understand you might be disappointed that we no longer have Gold Prime status, however, we have a limited capacity to the players we can actively manage due to the success of the program. If you remain engaged with War Machines and our capacity increases next quarter, you may be reinvited to join so please keep a watchful eye on your in-game messages.

Q: I have been in PRIME for a while. Why did you remove me?

A: During that time we were in our testing phase and now that we fully launched PRIME, our parameters have changed. We have caps on each tier for internal capacity reasons. These caps are refreshed on a quarterly basis and if our capacity increases you may receive an invitation to join again. But this is not something we can guarantee.
